Great Hotel and Great Service.
Room is clean and looks new.
360 Urban Hotel provided airport transfer and free shuttle service to Kuching City, it makes the travelers more convenient. The hotel staff are always smile and helpful. The hotel also providing free wifi, swimming pool, gym facilities. It has a "sky garden" at the 4th floor of the hotel, the travelers can enjoy the scenery of Kuching at the garden.

Small lobby buy small rooms.
Cleanliness and size of room.
The location of the hotel is known to most taxi drivers. Environment around the hotel is quiet and clean. Rooms size are good and most important, the cleanliness is super.It is definitely worth for the amount that we paid for and should be a hotel to be recommended to friends and relatives. Hope that the hotel will keep up the standard and competitive pricing.

Great location with shopping facility.
Free WIFI from lobby to rooms.
The hotel staff are very friendly. Rooms are very comfortable, very clean, as it is very new the room styles are like boutique hotel, suitable for family as there are shopping mall within the same building, selling food and fashion. Opposite the hotel are where the local food stall located, worth trying.

Great hotel with luxurious room. The deluxe twin beds are queen size beds with four pillows and two cushions for hugging when we sleep.
